Steps To Delete or Deactivate Your Threads Account
I will not recommend deleting your Threads account since your Instagram account will get deleted simultaneously. What you can do instead is take a break from Threads by deactivating it.
So, in that case, follow the steps mentioned below:-
1: At the bottom-right corner, tap on your profile icon.
2: Now, you will locate two horizontal lines at the top-right corner of your page.
3: Tap on the Account option.
4: Select the Deactivate profile.
5: Finally, tap on Deactivate Threads profile.

The Final Verdict: Delete Threads Account
Deleting your Threads account is risky, as you will also lose your Instagram account. And that is because the Threads application is somehow integrated with Instagram.
What you can do instead is deactivate your Threads account for the time being.
