How To Get MacOS Sonoma Video Screen Savers (M1,M2)

Just like iPad OS’ movable wallpapers, now MacOS Sonoma Video Screen Savers are launched too. You will have 22 themes to select from, which are well organized into four different categories.

Additionally, this article will cover two step-by-step guides to set up the new aerial screensavers. (Both shuffle and non-shuffle).

What Are MacOS Sonoma Video Screensavers?

In the WWDC 2023 Apple Event, Aerial Screensaver was announced.

You may recognize the feature if you use tvOS. But for others, Mac’s feature is a redesigned video screensaver for your lock screen, similar to iPadOS.

In fact, this dynamic screensaver brings your negligible lock screen to the front show. And you will have a wide range of wallpaper collections (22, to be precise). Additionally, these wallpapers are segregated into categories:

  • Cityscape
  • Earth
  • Landscape
  • Underwater

In my opinion, the coolest thing about these screensavers is how they remain still on the desktop. But the second you lock your Mac, the wallpaper starts moving. Again, when you unlock it, the wallpaper stops moving slowly and goes back to its still position.

List Of Dynamic Screensavers You Can Access

As mentioned earlier, you get a wide range of dynamic wallpapers that you can select from. And these Aerial screensavers are segregated into four categories; within each category, you will get 5-6 wallpapers.

1. Cityscape

  • Los Angeles
  • London
  • Hong Kong
  • New York
  • Dubai

2. Earth

  • Caribbean
  • Nile Delta
  • Middle East
  • Iran and Afghanistan

3. Landscape

4. Underwater
