Step 4: Click on AT&T Internet and enter your Area’s zip code.
Step 5: Finally, click on the black button that says, “Check for outages.”
How To Resolve AT&T Outtage Issue?
According to the official tweet of New Hanover County, most cell phones are not affected by the outage. So, in that case, you can dial 911 from your cell phone for AT&T Outage repair.
However, the exact time of repair is not announced yet.
So, all you can do is call them and further wait for the appointment.
